How do I know a production is worth my time and ticket price?
Every show on our mainstage is curated by our artistic team and vetted against the standards of major metropolitan venues. We program Broadway tours, internationally touring artists, and acclaimed local productions, and our 94% patron satisfaction rating reflects the consistency of that bar. Do you offer accessible and sensory-friendly performances?
Yes. We host dedicated sensory-friendly performances of our family programming, plus ASL-interpreted, audio-described, and open-captioned shows throughout the season. Our venue is fully ADA-accessible, with companion seating in every section and assistive listening devices available at no charge.
What's included with a patron membership?
Memberships start with presale priority and reserved-seat preference, and scale up through donor-lounge access, complimentary parking, backstage tours, invitations to artist receptions, and recognition in our season program. Every tier is also tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Can I rent the theatre for a private event?
Absolutely. From intimate 80-seat lobby gatherings to full-mainstage galas and corporate keynotes, our in-house production, lighting, and hospitality teams handle the heavy lifting. Reach out to our private events team for a custom proposal.
Where can I park, and what should I do about food?
We have a partner garage one block from the marquee with flat-rate evening pricing for ticket holders. Our lobby bars open 90 minutes before curtain, and we maintain a curated list of preferred restaurants within a five-minute walk. Most offer pre-show seating priority for Imperial patrons.
How do I get involved as an artist or educator?
We run rolling auditions for community productions, technical apprenticeships, and our visiting-artist residency program. Educators can apply for school-matinee partnerships and curriculum-linked workshops. Visit our Contact page to start the conversation.
